Dave practices out of our new Westbank office. He enjoys assisting his clients with their business and personal legal needs including:

* Residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales and mortgages;
* Corporate/commercial transactions;
* First Nation land transactions;
* Securities; and
* Wills and Estates.

Dave has lived in Kelowna since 1991 after moving from Saskatoon. Dave graduated from KLO Secondary School prior to attending the University of British Columbia for both his undergraduate and law degrees.

Outside of the office, Dave volunteers extensively with such organizations as Crossroads Treatment Centre Society, Junior Achievement, Kelowna Jaycees, Kelowna/Mission Liberal Riding Association and the Kelowna Apple Triathlon. Dave also enjoys athletics, including soccer, hockey and triathlon.
