After working for a number of years in different careers related to technical and trades, David returned to school and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001 and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2003. His decision to pursue a legal career was based in part on an inherent desire and ability to assist others in resolving disputes.

David is a civil litigation lawyer, with practice areas in personal injury, insurance law defence, contract disputes and other general litigation matters. David has a strong commitment to providing exemplary customer service to all of his clients in all practice areas. He has regular contact with his clients and he and his support team are available for consultation on a daily basis. David takes pride in advocating for his clients to achieve fair and equitable outcomes.
